What Pi can do

Built with

Pi sits inside Pivotal and reads what you can see: your customers, your onboardings, your tasks, your contacts. Ask it a question and it answers from that data. Open the composer with ⌘I from anywhere in the app, or click the Pi tab in the left sidebar. Both share the same prompt history.

Two ways to work with Pi:

You ask, Pi answers. Type a prompt in the composer. Pi pulls from the records you have access to and replies in your voice profile. See Useful prompts for the ones the team comes back to, and What Pi can do for the full capability map.

Pi surfaces things on its own. Three proactive surfaces live on the Workbench and in your inbox:

  • Summarize today is a 7 a.m. digest of what changed across your customers.
  • What’s at risk ranks customers and onboardings by risk signals.
  • Forecast launches shows an estimated actual launch date next to every target.

Pi drafts comments, emails, and summaries on your behalf using a short voice profile you set up once. Tone and depth are tunable in Pi preferences. Pi does not send, edit, or delete on its own; every action lands as a draft you confirm. See Limitations for what Pi refuses and where it’s weak.
