Workbench

The Workbench is where you start the day. It pulls today’s tasks, at-risk customers, recent activity, and Pi’s morning summary onto one configurable page. Every teammate sees the same shape, but the widgets, filters, and saved views you keep are yours.

Six surfaces live inside it:

• Favorites are per-user starred records. Star a customer or onboarding and it gets a one-click entry in your sidebar.
• Pinned items are tasks or comments you stick to the top of a list so the team sees them first.
• Filters and views save a query plus sort combo. Mark a view public and the rest of your team can load it.
• Reports are saved aggregations like “Onboardings launching this month by CSM” or “Tasks overdue by owner.”
• Search (⌘K) is the global jump-to across customers, onboardings, tasks, and contacts.
• The activity feed streams recent edits across the workspace, scoped to whatever filter you set.

Two extras round it out: a streak counter tracks consecutive days with completed work, and a sample workspace lets you spin up demo customers and onboardings for training without touching production.
