Edit customer details
Every field is inline-editable, every change writes to the audit log.
Open any customer and click a field to edit it. Changes save on blur or ⌘+Enter, and each write becomes an entry in the activity feed with the old value, the new value, and who made the change. CRM-synced fields show a small sync icon and a tooltip naming the source.

Bulk edits
When you want to update plan, owner, or tags across many customers at once:
- Open the Customers list.
- Filter to the set you want to change. Use the Workbench filters and views if the filter is one you’ll reuse.
- Tick the header checkbox to select the visible page, or Select all matching for the full filter.
- Click Edit selected in the toolbar. Pick the field, set the value, hit Apply.
The audit log records one entry per customer, not one per bulk action, so you can track who touched which record.
The gotcha: locked fields from CRM sync
If a field has a sync icon, your field mapping is overwriting it on every sync. Edit it in Pivotal and the CRM will stomp the value on its next run. Either fix it upstream in HubSpot or Stripe, or change the mapping for that field from Sync to Sync once.
